Welcome to the home page of the FSU CSIMMS (Computer Science Integrated with Mathematics in Middle Schools) project. The CSIMMS project is a Track 1 Exploratory Integration (EI) project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF, STEM+C-1640039, NSF DRL-1640039) to bring middle-school mathematics teachers together with university computer science (CS) faculty and STEM education faculty to design, develop, and test modules in which CS is integrated into instruction of middle-school general-mathematics courses. The development of the CS modules was guided by the principles of Design-Based Research. Please explore this website to find our research news, research results, and products including education modules.
